AFP: Blinken says he has no plans to meet with Russian and Chinese foreign ministers at G20

Anthony Blinken, head of the U.S. Department of State, announced that he has no plans to meet with the foreign ministers of Russia and China at the G20 summit.

This was reported by AFP.

Blinken, like his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, will arrive in New Delhi for a meeting of G20 foreign ministers.

Earlier, at the end of the summit of the G20 finance ministers, India said that the G20 members had different views on the situation in Ukraine.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that the Western countries had disrupted the adoption of collective decisions by the G20 because of the position and language on Ukraine during the negotiation of the final document.
